We've changed the way we work so that we can still support the residents of Tonbridge and Malling to make lifestyle changes. Once we have received your referral our advisors will contact you to book in an initial assessment. You can choose to have support via Telephone, email or face face on Microsoft teams.

Please note that our online services will replace our face to face deliver until further notice.

OneYou aims to encourage adults to take control of their health by making small lifestyle changes which have health benefits now and in later life. One You Kent provides local motivational support and services to help people improve their health and well-being.

OneYou will give you the opportunity to put yourself first and do something about your own health before it's too late. You don't have to go it alone - We can help you move more, eat well, drink less, be smoke free, stress less and sleep better.
