Bulky Waste Collections

If you no longer require a bulky waste collection, please phone the waste team by 4pm on the working day prior to the booked collection and a full refund will be made. We are unable to refund payments after this time as the contractor will already have been allocated the work.

If you feel you require a refund due to poor service or other complaint please contact the waste team by email or in writing. A service manager will then review your request and advise accordingly.

Pest Control

If you no longer require a pest control visit, please phone the food and safety team by 4pm on the working day prior to the booked day of visit and a full refund will be made. We are unable to refund payments after this time as the contractor will already have been provided the work.

Contaminated land search enquiry

If you are dissatisfied with the actions taken by our contaminated land team please contact the Environmental Protection team by email or in writing. A service manager will then review your request and advise accordingly.
