Take part in our consultation

This consultation closed on 26 October 2021.

Our ‘What matters to you?’ consultation is open to everyone in the borough. It will help guide policy making in the months and years ahead by providing evidence on what people like about living or working in Tonbridge and Malling, and changes they would like to see.

The survey seeks your views on the importance of specific areas of policy, including climate change, housing, the local economy and waste and recycling. You will also be asked to provide views on how the council operates, including whether we should do more to keep people informed about proposals and enable them to be more involved in decision making.

The survey opens from Tuesday 5 October and will close to responses at 5pm on 26 October. The feedback will then be reviewed by the cabinet, councillors and senior council officers.

To submit a response, you will be asked to register, providing us with your name, address and an email.

How we use your personal information

The personal information you provide will be held and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.  A summary of your response to this questionnaire may be published as part of the feedback document regarding the consultation but your name will not be published. The information you provide will only be used should we need to contact you about your response and will be permanently deleted three months after the end of the consultation.
