Local planning authorities must compile a register of brownfield sites, also referred to as previously developed land. As of October 2022, we are updating the register. We will publish the latest version as soon as possible.

Note: In regards to the link for planning history, the council is unable to give a direct URL due to the nature of the webpage. The link will take you to the planning history search page and if you enter the planning reference number provided in the notes section of the spreadsheet it will display the planning application. Click on this then go to the fourth tab ‘RELATED CASES’ and this will display the planning history for the site, if any.
The information in the register is correct at the time of publication. The council will carry out an annual update of the register in line with the guidance from the government. If there are any questions regarding any information on the register or you feel there is a site that the council should consider for inclusion email the planning policy team.
