If you are made homeless outside normal office hours and require emergency assistance, you can contact us. Only use this if you are homeless now and have nowhere to go tonight. Before calling you should try and contact any friends or family to see if they can assist.
Please do not call this number out of hours for any other homelessness related reason.
We may ask for the numbers of any friends or family to ask if you can go there. We may not offer emergency accommodation and if we do it is likely to be out of the borough.
