You will be involved in the development and maintenance of systems, evaluation and implementation of software packages, business analysis and assisting the Development Manager in other areas of ICT.
You will have had exposure to RDBMS e.g. Oracle, SQL server, MySQL, PostGre, development experience using OO programming language e.g. C++, C#, and a thorough understanding of Internet Technologies. Further details and given in the Job Description and Person Specification.

Casual Customer Service Advisor
Based at Tonbridge Gateway (Castle), TN9 1BG
Rate of pay £7.92 per hour plus holidays
Tonbridge Gateway offers a multi-agency service to customers in the Tonbridge area, with Borough and County council services and a range of Partners from the public and voluntary sectors.
Reporting to the Gateway Supervisor, you will provide cover for other staff absences, undertaking a customer facing role for enquiry's related to both Gateway and Tourist Information.
Educated to GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent standard, in Maths and English, you will have previous experience of providing a customer focussed, high quality, front-line public enquiry service. You will be proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel, and generally be IT literate with proficient computer skills.
Potentially there will be much to learn in a short period of time and it is essential therefore that you will be prepared to assimilate and retain a large amount of information quickly and demonstrate a "can-do" approach to your work. In return, we will support you thoroughly during your induction into the role.
