People who are affected by our policies
Our Equality Impact Assessments include all relevant information available relating to the following:
- The number of people with different protected characteristics who access and use services in different ways;
- Customer satisfaction levels and customer feedback;
- Complaints; and
- Service outcomes for people with different protected characteristics.
In addition, Kent County Council has published an 'equality and diversity' profile showing demographic information about the population of Tonbridge & Malling.
