Tell Us Once

Tell Us Once reduces the amount of time you need to spend contacting government departments and organisations when someone dies, because you provide all the information to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) who then pass that information on to the people who need to know. Information about Gateway across Kent.

Gateway is the new way to find public and voluntary services with the added convenience of being in a town centre or high-street location. Comfortable, modern places make it easier to reach specialist, voluntary and charitable agencies. There are currently (Oct 2009) seven physical Gateway locations across Kent in Ashford, Dover, Maidstone, Tenterden, Thanet, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, and two Mobile Gateway giving access to rural and hard-to-reach communities across the county. The aim is to have 16 physical Gateway, and three Mobile Gateway across the county by 2016.

If you are a public sector, voluntary or other organisation wishing to discuss visiting Gateway to learn more about the model please contact the Gateway Manager 01732 876271 or email tonbridge.castle@tmbc.gov.uk
