Homelessness
The Council has a statutory duty to try and prevent homelessness.
If You're About to Become Homeless...
If you, or someone you know, is homeless or threatened with homelessness you can obtain advice and help from the Council's Housing Options Team. You can make an appointment to see a Housing Options Officer by telephoning 01732 876067 or by sending an SMS text message to 07781 482959. They will go through what options are available to you and can give you advice to help you to remain in your property; find alternative accommodation or make a homeless application if necessary.
